We know being, or becoming, a PBS Practitioner is a difficult job. It can leave you feeling stressed, discouraged, or even wondering whether Positive Behaviour Support is right for you. That’s why it’s so important to have a PBS Supervisor who you know will be in your corner; we’ll be your best ally and supporter as you navigate this important but tiring work.

One-on-One Supervision

$193.99 for unwaged / prospective practitioners

$222.99 for waged and practicing practitioners

A focused 60-minute video call to discuss concerns, questions, goals, and anything else you need. You may also choose to use supervision time to work through document reviews together.

Prior to your first session, a Supervision Agreement will be emailed to you to accept.

Your Supervisor will support you to work through and regularly review your Learning Goals together. A free template for this can be found in our ‘Store’.

Group Supervision

$126.99 per participant

A collaborative 60-minute video call with others from your organisation where each person brings an agenda item for discussion.

This option is also open to practitioners who have others they want to share with outside of an organisation (max. 3 people). Please be aware this will require an appropriate level of confidentiality which will be detailed within your Supervision Agreement. You must let us know the details of all attendees so each person can receive their own Agreement.

In your first session, your Supervisor will discuss with you how you would like group sessions to be run, including dividing up time, shared topics of interest, meeting different Learning Goals, etc.

Document Review

$193.99 per hour for unwaged / prospective practitioners

$222.99 per hour for waged and practicing practitioners

  • Quality Assurance of Positive Behaviour Support Plan (PBSP): We recommend allowing a return timeline of 3-5 business days. PBSPs requiring sign off sooner than this will incur a rush fee. You don’t have to be a current supervisee for this service; just get in touch and we’ll review it for you. You can also let us know if you want this to be scored against the BSPQEII tool for quality assurance.

  • Support with PBS Practitioner Registration Application: You must be an active supervisee with us for this service. It includes ad hoc support, including documentation, professional development plan, and application review.

  • Review of PBS Capability Framework portfolio: Template for Self-Assessment Tool provided within our Member’s Area (free to join) as this must be completed for the Supervisor to commence the review.

    Review includes some or all of the following: Review of portfolio and Self-Assessment Tool, PBS Capability Portfolio Feedback Report, Endorsement Tool, and Certificate of Recognition.
